Arcmobile Android TV 550D Remove Virus and Hard Reset Steps

Here's the Steps you should follow to Remove the virus you may encounter in your Arcmobile Android TV 550D.You must have a Volcano Box activated to Merapi Tool.

Prerequisites:
Volcano Box Activated Merapi Tool
PC
USB Cable

Procedures:

1.Open MerapiTool v1.4.1

2.Click Clear Virus

3.Click Clear MonkeyTest(USB)

4.Now Connect your Phone to PC using USB Cable(Turn-OFF Mode)

5.Wait Until Finish(Like shown in the image)

6.Then,Perform a Hard Reset(Watch the Video)




7.Follow on screen to continue using Phone.
